You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

How to proceed
Download and fill in the form
Select the form in your language, print it and fill in all required information including the order number.
Inform us
Send us the completed form by email to info@nobamo.eu or by post to our address.
Return the goods
Send the goods to us no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice. Do not send goods COD.
Refund
After receiving the goods, we will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
