Legal warranty of conformity (two-year)
All goods sold in the European Union are subject to a minimum two-year legal warranty of conformity. As the seller, we are responsible for any non-conformity (defect) that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent during the legal period. This warranty is valid by law, free of charge, and independently of any voluntary commercial warranties.
Your rights in case of defects
If the goods have a defect, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, and where that is not possible or proportionate, to a reasonable price reduction or withdrawal from the contract with a refund (§ 621–624 of the Slovak Civil Code). After a defect has been remedied by repair for the first time, the liability period is extended by 12 months; this extension applies only once, regardless of the number of repairs (§ 619 para. 4 of the Slovak Civil Code; for contracts concluded on or after 31 July 2026).
How to claim a defect
Report the defect as soon as possible via the complaint form and attach the proof of purchase. You can find detailed instructions in our complaint policy. You can also report the defect in writing to our registered address: Marček 80, 013 32 Svederník, Slovenská republika.
Rules in your country
Some member states grant a longer legal period; for used goods, a shorter period may apply, but not shorter than one year. You can find specific rules for your country on the Your Europe portal or by scanning the QR code in the image above.
If we reject your claim, its justification can be demonstrated by an expert report or a professional assessment from an accredited body (§ 622 para. 4 of the Slovak Civil Code).
Sellers and manufacturers may voluntarily offer commercial warranties in addition to the legal warranty. The product lifetime warranty is usually marked with the symbol GARAN.
