Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving a reason within the period stated below, which runs from receipt of the goods.

You have this right according to § 19 of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Z. z. on Consumer Protection.

The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal notice before it expires.

You may return the goods by withdrawing from the contract. The scope of the conditions depends on the period within which you return the goods:

1. Statutory period — within 14 days of receipt

Within the statutory period for withdrawal from the contract, you may return the goods without giving a reason. The goods do not have to be unused — you have the right to try out the goods and to handle them to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, just as you would be able to do in a brick-and-mortar store. We cannot make this option conditional on the goods remaining unused or in the original packaging.

• It is sufficient that you withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods
• You are liable only for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning

2. Extended voluntary period — from 14 to 30 days of receipt

Beyond what the law requires, we provide you with an extended period for returning the goods. This extended option is a voluntary service over and above your statutory rights, and therefore the following conditions apply to it:

• The goods are unused and undamaged
• The goods are in the original packaging (if possible)
• All components and documents are included
• No more than 30 days have passed since receipt

The Buyer bears:

• The costs of returning the goods to the seller
• Responsibility for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

Step 3: Wait for your refund

We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from the contract is delivered to us; we may withhold the refund until the goods have been delivered to us or until you demonstrate that you have sent them back — whichever occurs first. We will refund you using the same payment method — for card payments back to the card, and for cash-on-delivery or bank transfer payments by bank transfer to the account you provide. Cash paid on delivery cannot be refunded in any way other than by bank transfer.

Important:

• Do not send the goods by cash on delivery
• We recommend insuring the shipment
• Attach a copy of the invoice and the completed form

You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases according to § 19 para. 1 of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Z. z.:

1. Services provided in full – if the provision of the service began with your express consent and you were informed that after full provision of the service you will lose the right to withdraw
2. Goods or services dependent on financial markets – if the price depends on fluctuations in financial market prices that the trader cannot influence
3. Custom-made goods – goods made according to your specific requirements, custom-made goods or goods intended specifically for you
4. Perishable goods – goods that quickly lose quality or are perishable (e.g., food)
5. Hygienically protected goods – goods in a sealed protective package that is not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery (e.g., underwear, cosmetics)
6. Inseparably mixed goods – goods that can be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
7. Alcoholic beverages – alcohol whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract and which can only be delivered after 30 days if its price depends on market price fluctuations
8. Urgent repairs and maintenance – if you expressly requested urgent repairs or maintenance
9. Audio, video recordings and software – sale of audio, video, audiovisual recordings, books or computer software sold in protective packaging if you opened this packaging
10. Periodical press – sale of newspapers, magazines and periodicals (except subscriptions)
11. Accommodation, transport, catering, leisure – services at a specific time or period (e.g., hotel reservation for a specific date, concert tickets, car rental for a specific date)
12. Digital content – delivery of digital content other than on a tangible medium if its delivery began with your consent and you were informed about the loss of the right to withdraw
13. Lotteries and gambling – contracts concluded for lotteries and gambling

Important: For the exception for hygienically protected goods (point 5) to apply, both conditions must be met simultaneously – the goods must be delivered in a protective package and this package must have been opened after delivery.

We will refund your money:

• No later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the contract; we may withhold the refund until the goods have been delivered back to us or until you prove that you have sent them back — whichever occurs first
• For card payments, back to the payment card; for cash on delivery or bank transfer payments, to the bank account you provide (cash paid on delivery cannot be refunded other than by bank transfer)
• In full (including the delivery cost of the first shipment, if you chose the cheapest option)
